1. Respect Everyone
Treat all members, guests, venues, and partners with respect at all times.
2. Leave the Drama at Home
Miami Porsche Culture is built on friendship, positivity, and shared experiences — not politics, gossip, or negativity.
3. Protect the Culture
Every member contributes to the reputation of Miami Porsche Culture. Represent the community with integrity both online and in person.
4. Respect Our Hosts
Support the businesses and venues that welcome us and always leave a positive impression.
5. Drive Responsibly
No reckless driving, racing, excessive revving, burnouts, or behavior that puts others at risk.
6. Safety Comes First
The safety of our members, guests, and community always takes priority over ego or entertainment.
7. Be Welcoming
New members and guests should always feel welcome. Today’s guest could become tomorrow’s lifelong friend.
8. Build Relationships First
Support fellow members and businesses, but prioritize authentic relationships over sales or self-promotion.
9. Give Back
Whenever possible, participate in charitable and community initiatives. We believe in making a positive impact beyond cars.
10. Contribute to the Community
Help strengthen the culture through participation, volunteering, support, and engagement.
11. Respect the Community
Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or behavior that negatively impacts the experience of other members will not be tolerated.

LIABILITY WAIVER & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
I understand that participation in Miami Porsche Culture (MPC) events, drives, gatherings, meetups, cruises, and related activities is entirely voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle accidents, property damage, personal injury, illness, or death.
By participating, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities and accept full responsibility for my own actions, conduct, vehicle operation, passengers, and personal property. I agree to comply with all applicable traffic laws, venue regulations, event instructions, and safety guidelines at all times.
I acknowledge that Miami Porsche Culture, its founders, administrators, organizers, sponsors, volunteers, members, affiliates, and event hosts are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, claim, liability, cost, or expense arising from my participation in any MPC-related activity. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Miami Porsche Culture and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or liabilities arising out of or related to my participation.
I further acknowledge that MPC promotes responsible driving and does not condone racing, reckless driving, speeding, or any unlawful conduct. Each participant is solely responsible for their own decisions and actions before, during, and after any event.
By joining Miami Porsche Culture and participating in its activities, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this waiver and disclaimer.
